Enabling Two-factor Authentication for Professionals

To turn on Two-factor Authentication (2FA), go to My Account > Profile > 2 Factor and enter your cell phone number.

After entering your cell phone number, you’ll receive a text message with a four-digit passcode. Enter in the digits to complete your verification process.

Enabling Two-factor Authentication for Customers

After you’ve entered the signing room and before starting the session, you have the option to require 2FA before allowing the signer to move forward.
